Adrian Graf
Adrian is a Managing Partner at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the AI in Supply Chain sector.
Before joining Xpress (now part of F-LOG), he started his career in M&A at a leading US investment bank and went on to found and scale multiple companies across offline marketing, online education and travel. His experience combines operational execution with a strong understanding of business building and founder challenges.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on and commercially driven, he works closely with startups on venture development, financing and strategic growth.

Andreas Pott
Andreas is a Managing Partner at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the Energy sector.
He brings 15+ years at the intersection of digital transformation, corporate innovation, venture capital, strategy and execution, working with ambitious founders to turn ideas into scalable business models. His track record spans 30+ startup investments plus multiple financing rounds and exits.
Collaborative, analytical and hands-on, he combines economics and mechanical engineering with a commercial, pragmatic mindset.

Daniel Granados Krudewig
Daniel is an Investment Manager at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the Energy sector.
He graduated in Economics and Finance from the Universities of Bonn and St. Andrews.
Before joining F-LOG, he worked as a consultant in M&A for almost two years, and earlier, as a junior analyst at a renowned German VC, he assessed numerous startups and researched a wide variety of industries and markets. In his free time Daniel enjoys cooking and traveling, especially to visit family and friends in Spain.

Jan Brockhausen
Jan is a Principal at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the Robotics sector and oversees the fund's operations.
Before joining, he spent more than a decade across the venture capital and start-up ecosystem. He began his career in venture capital at SevenVentures, focusing on growth investments in the consumer sector, and earlier gained operational experience at mobility scale-up Flix, where he was responsible for business development and strategy.
Jan holds a Master's degree in International Management from the International School of Management, with stations in Sweden and Canada.

Luca Lewejohann
Luca is a Fund Operations Manager at F-LOG, where he supports fund operations and finance.
He has a background in logistics, having completed his bachelor's degree in a dual study program with FIEGE, where he gained knowledge of the logistics market and explored various areas of the company beyond logistics operations. After his degree, he was introduced to VC through F-LOG and has been a member of the team since the beginning of 2025.
Outside work, he is passionate about sports, with a particular interest in tennis and running.

Luis Campana Fernandez
Luis is an Investment Associate at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the Robotics sector.
He first joined FIEGE's Strategic Ventures department in early 2024 while studying at the University of Münster, then completed a traineeship spanning multiple VC funds in LogTech and Deep Tech. Before his VC career, Luis held several product-centric roles at early-stage start-ups and worked on the first-ever exit of BASF's in-house Venture Development Unit.
Luis is a passionate audio geek and loves good food.

Markus Hüting
Markus is a Principal at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the Robotics sector.
Previously, he worked at Salesforce as a Senior Strategic Account Executive in Venture Capital. Before that, he co-founded Polygravity, a blockchain startup, and held finance leadership roles in different startups.
His early career includes experience at Rocket Internet and Deutsche Bank, and he also served as a military officer in the German Bundeswehr.

Monika Rodiqi
Monika is a Senior Investment Associate at F-LOG, where she focuses on investments in the AI in Supply Chain sector.
After her business studies at Babson College in the US and internships at TripAdvisor and TED Conferences, Monika dove into the startup world in San Francisco as a Product Manager at an early-stage startup later acquired by Google. She later moved to Berlin and spent time as a Senior Product Manager in e-commerce before joining XPRESS Ventures (now part of F-LOG) in 2024, combining hands-on startup experience with early-stage investing.

Tim-Yannick Schröder
Tim-Yannick is an Investment Associate at F-LOG, where he focuses on investments in the Energy sector.
He holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Münster and spent time abroad studying in Bergen and Moscow. Before joining F-LOG, he gained experience across consulting, M&A and corporate strategy at companies including Beiersdorf, KPMG and Atruvia.
His academic research focused on the impact of patent activity on start-up performance. Outside work, Tim-Yannick enjoys running, sailing and skiing.
