Tanja has worked in venture capital investments and portfolio management for more than 15 years now, eight years of which were with NRW.BANK’s Digital&Tech venture fund, where she built and managed the Gründerfonds Ruhr, a venture capital fund of NRW.BANK with private investors. Before starting F-LOG Ventures she worked at an M&A consulting company where she focused on technology and startups. Her expertise makes her the perfect wingwoman and mentor for portfolio companies. She finds her balance in sportive activities, ideally on two wheels.
